Hotel Metropole Venezia

Despite some flaws, my recent stay at the Metropole Venezia was really good. The hotel's fine architecture and aesthetic beauty captivated me. The female staff members were friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed by the concierge at the entrance were really good to assist me. Even though there were a few disappointments and issues with the hotel, the gorgeous surroundings and the really good service from the staff made it a worthwhile experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beauty and the amazing service provided.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the main attractions of central Venice. We arrived in style, taking a water taxi from the airport to the hotel's side canal entrance. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the Grand Canal and St. Marco square from our room.

The lobby bar and restaurant were overpriced, so we preferred to buy our drinks from nearby establishments at a more reasonable cost.

The hotel had clean rooms, great facilities, and convenient parking. The location was perfect, right in front of 3 vaporetto stops on the Grand Canal. The beautiful garden was a lovely spot to relax. We easily accessed the hotel by water taxi from the airport. the staff provided excellent service.

I had the most amazing experience at Metropole! The hotel concierge team were really nice, helping me book tours and restaurants before my arrival. They even had everything ready for me when I arrived, making the whole process seamless. The room I stayed in had a amazing view of the water and was spacious, bright, and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square. I can't speak highly enough of the concierge team, they made me feel like a VIP. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were both delicious and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. I had a fantastic stay at Metropole and I highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

The room did not have a tea/coffee machine and the drinks from the mini bar were very expensive. there were no swimming pool or gym facilities available.

We had a lovely stay in this special hotel located in the heart of Venice. The hotel is situated on the Grand Canal, just a stone's throw away from St Mark's Square. The location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views of the canal. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a modern bathroom and plenty of closet space. The attentive staff made sure that our stay was enjoyable and took care of all our needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order coffee. We also appreciated the convenient water taxi service from the airport, which made our arrival hassle-free.

The only drawback we experienced was the slightly outdated decor in some areas of the hotel.

The telephone service was excellent and the front desk recognized us quickly. The hotel had its own private pontoon for taxi boats. The interior was beautifully decorated with antiques and collectibles. The breakfast area was in a peaceful garden. We had a memorable stay.

Charming and close to attractions, convenient water taxi and vaporetto access, helpful staff, magnificent breakfast buffet, beautiful decor and fascinating collections.

Gorgeous hotel, perfect for our anniversary. Upgraded room and great location. Didn't eat at the restaurant but enjoyed drinks at the cozy bar. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. Can't wait to return!

During my stay at a beautiful old world hotel, I had an lovely experience. I booked a package that included a champagne breakfast in my room on the first morning, delivered with perfect service. The breakfast in the restaurant was equally good, especially with the fine garden view. The highlight was the evening cocktail and dinner at the Michelin star Met Restaurant, where the delicious canapés exceeded my expectations. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning being off in April, everything else about my stay was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic views, complimentary upgrade, professional staff, luxury amenities, fine decor.
